Easy Sharp is a liquid that will sharpen
worn rasps after soaking for a short period of time.
So how do I use it?
Step 1
Place immersion tank in a bucket or tray
to catch any spillage.
Step 2
Remove all organic matter and rust etc.
from the rasp.
Step 3
Arrange the rasps vertically in the Dip
Tank
Step 4
CAREFULLY pour in the Easy Sharp Liquid
until the tooth area of the rasp is covered
Step 5
Wait – between 5-8 hours
Step 6
CAREFULLY remove rasps from Dip Tank, wash off (with water)
any residue and DRY, they will have a dull grey appearance.
Lightly spray with WD40 (optional)
Step 7
Wrap sharpened rasps in newspaper and store
